Servings: 4-6 Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 30 min. Slow Cooker Time: 2 1/2-3 hrs. on high or 6-7 hrs. on low. Step 1: Add the cooking wine and prunes to multi-cooker. Spread the Dijon mustard on the chicken and then sprinkle the Zen of Slow Cooking® Provençale Blend and salt onto the chicken. Transfer the coated chicken to the Instant Pot. Secure the Instant Pot lid and set the pressure valve to Sealing. Chef's Tip: Planning on enjoying a bottle of Chardonnay with dinner tonight? Pop it a little early and substitute the cooking wine with the Chardonnay. Step 2: Cook on Manual/Pressure Cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, boil 2 cups of water to a boil. Combine boiling water and 1 cup of quinoa in a medium sauce and bring to boil again. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook until grain is translucent and the germ has spiraled out from each grain, approx. 15-20 minutes. When the multi-cooker has finished the 15 minutes of cooking time, allow to Natural Pressure Release for 5 minutes and then turn the dial to Venting to quick pressure release any residual pressure. Step 3: Stir the sour cream into the chicken and juices in the multi-cooker and set unit to “Warm” setting. Cook green beans in microwave according to package directions. Serve chicken with quinoa and green beans. Slow Cooker Directions: Follow the directions as described above and place the ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir, cover and cook on high for 2 ½-3 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
