Seems like everyone is using barrels these days, this Creole style gem is no exception but we aren't rocking any old barrel for the sake of it, we use an ancient pepper aging technique in our favorite distillery's barrels (Koval) and top it off with a caffeinated boost of Dark Matter Coffee.
