Twisting cap breaks seal. No pull ring. Shake well. Keep refrigerated. Pasteurized. After opening, use within 7 days. Cooking instructions: Skillet method: Pour desired amount of eggs into non-stick skillet over medium heat. To scramble, stir eggs gently. For filled omelet, top with filling, loosen edge of omelet and fold in half. Microwave method: Pour desired amount of eggs into a microwavable bowl. Cover. Cook on high (100%) power for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Cook for an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are set but slightly moist. (Due to variations in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary.) 1/4 = 1. 1/4 cup equals approximately one egg. To improve leavening in some baked goods (cakes, breads, muffins), use 1/4 cup Better 'n Eggs® in place of each whole egg. Product can be frozen, if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For best results, keep refrigerated.
