5 Steps to Delicious: 1. Preheat BBQ to medium high or oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). 2. Remove plastic film and set seasoning pack aside. 3. Add 2 tbsp. of oil and halt the seasoning pack. Stir to coat potatoes. 4. Place uncovered tray on BBQ or in oven and cook for 30 - 40 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and season to taste with the remaining seasoning. Caution: Contents will be hot.
