Stuffing tips: Stuffing needs room to expand, don't overstuff. Bake any extra stuffing in a covered bake dish at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Only stuff poultry immediately before roasting. Bread retains its best quality if stored at room temperature. For best results, use bread by date on package. Store in cool, dry place. Preparation Guide: To Prepare:14-16 lb. turkey - Stuffing: 14 oz. bag - Water: 1 1/2 cup - Butter or Margarine: 1 1/2 stick (12Tbsp). To Prepare:8-10 lb. turkey - Stuffing: 1/2 of 14oz. bag - Water: 3/4 cup - Butter or Margarine: 3/4 stick (6Tbsp). To Prepare:Fish or Pork Chops - Stuffing:1 cup - Water: 1/3 cup - Butter or Margarine: 3 Tbsp. Saucepan directions: 1. Heat water and butter (or margarine) until boiling. 2. Remove from heat. Add stuffing. 3. Fluff lightly with a fork until moist throughout. Microwave directions: 1. In a covered microwave bowl, heat water and butter (or margarine) until boiling. 2. Remove from microwave. Add stuffing. 3. Fluff lightly with a fork until moist throughout.
