Directions

Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Thawing Instructions: Remove all packaging prior to thawing. Place frozen fillets in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking, or for a quick thaw, place under cold running water until completely thawed; approximately 2 minutes. Remove from all packaging before cooking. Baking and broiling instructions: Preheat oven or broiler to 425°F. Place thawed fillets in lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Season and bake 6 to 10 minutes per inch of fillet thickness until the fillet is opaque throughout. Frying instructions: Heat oil to about 350°F. Dip thawed fillets in flour or cornmeal, fry until brown (1 to 3 minutes per side). Once removed, it is best to serve hot.
