Cooking Instructions: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground veal and your favorite seasonings. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through. For burgers, shape into patties and grill, broil, or pan fry for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temp. reaches 160 degrees F. Keep refrigerated.
