Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Thawing instructions: Place frozen nuggets in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking, or for a quick thaw, remove frozen nuggets from bag and place under cold running water until completely thawed; approximately 2 minutes. Remove from all packaging before cooking. Frying instructions: Heat oil to about 375°F. Dip Catfish Nuggets in flour or cornmeal, fry until brown (1 to 3 minutes per side). Fish should flake with fork when done. Grilling instructions: Place thawed Catfish Nuggets in a seafood basket and cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning at least once. Fish should flake with fork when done. Broiling instructions: Place thawed Catfish Nuggets on an unheated, greased broiler pan. Place broiler pan approximately 4 inches from the boiler and cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes. Fish should flake with a fork when done. Baking instructions: Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook thawed Catfish Nuggets for 8 to 10 minutes turning once. Fish should flake with a fork when done.
