Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. Preparation: Prior to injecting, always pour a portion of the marinade into a bowl or measuring cup to eliminate contamination of unused product. Instructions: (Seriously, 3-steps. This is almost too easy). 1. Attach needle and pull marinade into injector. 2. Stick needle into meat and inject marinade while withdrawing slowly. Repeat in various directions throughout selected meat. 3. Cook meat thoroughly and enjoy! With Cajun Injector®, you’re just three easy steps from a delicious meal the whole family will love. First, assemble the injector needle. Then pull the exact amount of marinade into the needle from jar. (We recommend 2 oz. per pound of meat.) Inject directly into meat.
