Fisherman's Wharf Grouper Fillets

Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Thawing instructions: Remove all packaging prior to thawing. Place frozen fillets in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking, or for a quick thaw, place under cold running water until completely thawed; approximately 2 minutes. Remove from packaging before cooking. Grill instructions: Preheat grill. Season with salt and pepper. Turn fillets after 3 to 4 minutes. Continue to grill until fish flakes when pierced with a fork. Broil instructions: Preheat oven to broiler to 425°F. Place thawed fillet in lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Season and bake 6 to 10 minutes per inch of fillet thickness until the fillet is opaque throughout. Frying instructions: Fry a single layer of fillets in a skillet with hot oil at 350°F until golden brown or until fish flakes easily. Transfer to plate lined with paper towels to drain, and serve immediately.
