One batch at a time. Skagit Strawberry: To make a great strawberry ice cream, could we have used a pre-made puree? Sure. Could we use flavorings or colorings? Probably. But we don't. There are real strawberries in this ice cream. Not to give away our secrets but we blend them up and throw them right in. Go ahead, send us a complaint about the strawberry sands.
