Directions

Instructions: Refrigerate until ready to use. Temper to 72 degrees - 75 degrees (16 hours at room temp). Spreads best at 72 degrees to 75 degrees (22 degrees C - 24 degrees C). Spread sparingly - seasonings are concentrated. Re-refrigerate to prolong shelf-life (store at 34 degrees to 41 degrees). Best if used within 6 weeks once tempered.
