Cooking Instructions: Remove labeled lid before cooking. Microwave: Cooking from Frozen: Peel one corner of film back slightly to allow for venting. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stir contents, cook for additional 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, stir and enjoy! Cooking Once Thawed: Peel one corner of film back slightly to allow for venting. Cook on high for 2 minutes, stir contents, cook for an additional minute or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, stir and enjoy! Oven: Cooking from Frozen: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, peel one corner of film back slightly to allow for venting, place food tray on baking sheet and cook on middle oven rack for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, stir and enjoy! Cooking Once Thawed: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, peel one corner of film back slightly to allow for venting, place food tray on baking sheet and cook on middle oven rack for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, stir and enjoy!
