Keep Frozen. STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat 1/2 Cup Water to boiling in 3-quart saucepan. Add beans. 2. Reduce heat to medium-high. Cover; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once or twice, until thoroughly cooked; drain. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Important: Do not microwave in bag. Empty contents of bag into 1 1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Add 2 Tablespoons Water. Cover; microwave on HIGH according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly cooked. CAUTION: HOT! Uncover carefully; stir. Microwave Wattage* | Time on HIGH 1200 | 3:30 to 4:00 minutes 1000 | 4:30 to 5:00 minutes 700 | 5:30 to 6:00 minutes *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave.
