Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: Oven: preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Place meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake on middle rack for approximately 22 to 25 minutes or until a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) is reached, turning occasionally. Remove meatballs and drain. If sauce is desired - bring sauce to a boil in medium-size sauce pan. Carefully add meatballs to sauce. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Skillet: heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add meatballs, turning occasionally until well-browned on all sides - approximately 10 minutes. Remove meatballs and drain. Clean oil from skillet. Add sauce and bring to a boil. Carefully add meatballs to sauce. Reduce heat and simmer until meatballs are fully cooked - approximately 25 to 30 minutes, or until a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) is reached. Meat packed in a protective atmosphere that prevents color change. Refer to use or freeze by date. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
