To store: Eli’s Cheesecake can be stored in your freezer at zero degrees (0F) up to 6 months. To thaw: Place the cheesecake (in the carton)in your refrigerator overnight or thaw at room temperature for no more than 1 hour. To serve: Carefully remove cheesecake from paper while frozen. Cut the entire cheesecake with a sharp knife dipped in warm water, wiping the knife after each slice. Wrap extra slices in plastic before returning to freezer or refrigerator. A thawed cheesecake can be refrigerated up to 5 days.
