For Best Cooking Results: Shake well. Rinse/wash and thaw meat thoroughly before marinating. Pour marinade over meat, fish or vegetables, and marinate in a bowl and cover, and/or use sealable bags to maintain freshness. Make sure everything is fully submerged in the marinade. For added flavor, brush on additional marinade during cooking. Tip: Add sliced onions, green onions, & fresh minced garlic, then stir and refrigerate. Discard any excess used marinade. Do not reuse. For Poultry: Chicken/turkey; marinate 2 to 4 hours for pieces, 4 hours to overnight for whole, half birds and quarter legs. For Lighter, thinner meats it can be marinated in as little as 30 min. Red Meats: Marinate beef, steak, pork, or lamb, 2 to 4 hours per inch of thickness. Preferably 6 hours to overnight if wanting to infuse more flavor to the meat. Fish: About 1 hour per inch of thickness. Refrigerate after opening.
