Directions for Use: Fill your Neti Pot with warm sterile water and dissolve 1/4 tsp of Neti Salt. Add 1/2 dropper-full to solution. Shake well before use. Perform nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot instructions. Do not use if safety seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended to be swallowed or ingested. Avoid contact with eyes. Use only as directed on label.
