Directions

Stove top instructions: 1. In a large saucepan with tight fitting lid, bring 2 1/2 cups (20 oz) of water to a boil. 2. Add 2 tablespoons olive oil or margarine (optional), then 1 pkg Vigo yellow rice, stirring while boiling for 1 minute. 3. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer, cook 20-25 minutes. Serve.
