Keep Frozen. STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat 1 Tablespoon Olive or Vegetable Oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully add farro blend and 2 Tablespoons Water. 2. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Important: Do not microwave in bag. Empty contents of bag into 1 1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Add 1 Tablespoon Water. Cover; microwave on High according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly cooked. CAUTION: HOT! Uncover carefully; stir. Microwave Wattage* | Time on HIGH 1200 | 4:30 to 5:00 minutes 1000 | 5:00 to 6:30 minutes 700 | 7:00 to 7:30 minutes *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave.
