You will need: For Brownie Batter: 1/4 Cup Water 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil 1 Egg* For Mint Drizzle: 1/2 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil *For cakelike brownies, use 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. 1. Heat oven to 350°F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan. 2. Stir Brownie Mix, water, 1/3 cup oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Spread evenly in pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool. 4. Place Mint Chips and 1/2 teaspoon oil in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on High 25 to 30 seconds; stir until chips are melted. (Microwave 10 seconds longer if needed.) Drizzle over brownies. Betty's Tip: To cut warm brownies easily, use a plastic knife and short sawing motions. Store tightly covered. Pan Size: 8”x 8” | 9”x 9” | 11”x 7” Bake Time (in minutes): 35-38 | 30-33 | 28-31 High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Stir 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour into dry brownie mix.
