Handling Instructions: To refresh and enhance crust warm in 400 degrees F oven for 5-10 minutes or until crust is crisp. If freezing wrap well in plastic or foil and thaw at room temperature. Do not refreeze, refresh before serving. Our most robust flavored bread, great for warm soups, pastas, BLTs or simply sliced for morning toast. Enjoy!

This is how we know that our wheat is Non-GMO and that our flour is pure with no added ingredients or enrichments We stay true to ancient bread baking techniques by working only in small batches and giving each loaf the time and space to naturally ferment up to 72 hours.
