Handling Instructions: Since our bread is baked without preservatives, we recommend enjoying within a few days of purchase. If you need more time, we offer these suggestions: Thaw bread at room temperature or place frozen slice directly in toaster or oven. Refresh the bread in a toaster or oven to bring back the baked fresh goodness. Very dry bread can be re-hydrated by dabbing water on the crumb before refreshing. Store our bread on your kitchen counter in the bag for several days. If you need more time we recommend freezing. Freeze you loaf in the bag for up to one month. Freezing is preferrable to refrigeration.
