Handling Instructions: Since our bread is baked without preservatives, we recommend enjoying within a few days of purchase. If you need more time, we offer these suggestions: Store: Our bread on your kitchen counter in the bag for several days. If you need more time we recommend freezing. Freeze: Your loaf in the bag for up to one month. Freezing is preferrable to refrigeration. Thaw: Bread at room temperature or place frozen slice directly in toaster or oven. Refresh the bread in a toaster or oven to bring back the baked fresh goodness. Very dry bread can ba re-hydrated by dabbing water on the crumb before refreshing.
