Serving Suggestion: Children 4+ Years: Take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) before bed time. Children 1-3 Years: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) before bed time. Not suitable for children under 1 years, pregnant or lactating women. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Shake well before use. Storage: To retain the integrity of this product, please store below 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). The honey in this product may naturally crystallize. Warm slightly to liquefy.
