Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/ or poultry. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surface (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately of discard. Roasting Direction: (1) Pre-heat oven to 400 degree F. (2) For added flavor brush on your favorite oil and/or fry spice blend. (3) Place breast side up in a roasting pan with 1/2 cup water in bottom of pan. (4) Place roasting pan in pre-heated oven and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes until a minimum temperature of 165 degrees F is reached in the thickest part of the thigh. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F and until juices run clear. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
