Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers. Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry: Fill a pan with 1/2 inch oil. Preheat at medium high. Fry fillets 3-4 minutes each side or until golden brown. To remove the excess of oil, place the fillets ion a plate with paper towel. Bake: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a tray with cooking oil and arrange the fillets. Bake 10-15 minutes and continue baking until golden brown. Flip the fillets. Air Fryer: Spray fillets with cooking oil. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook until golden brown. For best results, do not thaw before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen
