Cook, covered, on medium heat, stir occasionally for 15-20 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 150° F, serve. Microwave: Place frozen meatballs in a single layer in a microwave safe container. Immerse portions with sauce or gravy and cover. Turn microwave power to high (100%) heat for approximately 3-5 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 150° F. Serve and enjoy. Cooking times may vary. Serving suggestions: Heat meatballs and place in sub roll, top with marinara sauce and grated cheese. Heat meatballs and serve with your favorite pasta and sauce.
