Preparation Instructions Text: Cooking Directions: 6 quart electric pressure cooker. 6-8 bone in chicken thighs 16 oz. of chicken broth. 32 oz. of beef broth 3-3/4 cups of uncooked rice. OSB Chicken Bog Seasoning 1-2 smoked sausage links (as much or as little as you'd like). Caution: Read manuals for safe operation of pressure pots prior to use. Cooking instructions for 6 quart electric pressure cookers: Add uncooked chicken thighs, 1/3-1/2 bag of Ole South Brands Seasoning, beef and chicken broth to fill line. Close lid and Select Poultry/Chicken button. Once finished, allow to cool, remove chicken and leave broth in cooker. Debone chicken or shred into smaller pieces if using boneless. Add chicken back to pot. Cut lor 2 smoked sausage links into smaller pieces and cook in pan. Add cooked sausage and 3% cups uncooked tice back to pot. Do not exceed 1/8 over max fill line. Close lid and cook on "rice" setting. Once finished, immediately unplug pot, place a cloth over top and carefully open the steam release valve on top of pot so rice does not continue to cook. When depressurized, remove lid, stir and eat when sufficiently cooled.
