Cooking directions. Conventional oven: remove pork from wrapper. Place filet on shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 40-45 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat registers 155-160 degrees F. Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing. Grill: heat grill. Remove pork from wrapper. Place filet on grill. Grill over medium heat for 35-40 minutes, turning occasionally, or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat registers 155-160 degrees F.
