Just add water. Open bag at tear-notch, remove small white oxygen absorber packet. Reseal bag, invert & shake to distribute spices which may have settled. Pour approx. 1.5 cups (preferably hot) water directly int obag. Stir, reseal, and let stand 5-15 minutes (depending on altitude). Eat and enjoy! Shelf-stable.
