After the honey is harvested from each town, it is isolated thus capturing the special flavors, nuances & wonderful color variations in Marshall's Farm delectably delicious honey. Our 100% pure natural honey will last forever & needs no refrigeration. It may crystalize, immerse the jar in a pan of warm water on top of a low flame until the honey reliquefies.
