Spencer searches out locations that may support only a few hives but produce exceptional tasting honeys. The diverse & constantly changing seasonal blooms of the S.F. Bay Area (to name a few: Star Thistle, Chicory, Eucalyptus, Blackberry and Wild Radish) produce floral nectars & pollens that differ greatly in taste, texture & color. After the honey is harvested from each town, it is isolated thus capturing the special flavors, nuances & wonderful color variations in Marshall's Farm delectably delicious honey. The Marshall's and their hard-working Bay Area Bees have been bringing you the finest honey from Northern California since 1990. Our 100% pure natural honey will last forever & needs no refrigeration. It may crystalize. To reverse crystalization, immerse the jar in a pan of warm water on top of a low flame until the honey reliquefies. If you look closely, you can see natural pollen particles floating in the honey as our honey in unfiltered. Honey is a healing & healthful fat-free food with minerals and vitamins.
