Cooking Instructions: Microwave (Preferred Method): 1. Place tray on a microwave safe plate. 2. Peel back film from one corner to vent. 3. Cook on high for 4 minutes. 4. Stir contents. 5. Continue to cook on high for 1-1/2 minutes, may need an additional 30 seconds or until hot (internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds.
