Preparation instructions: For food safety and best quality, follow these cooking instructions: Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Use caution as product will be hot. Adjustment to cooking times may be required due to variations in all ovens. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Remove frozen quiche from packaging. 3. Place frozen quiche on baking sheet on middle rack in oven. 4 Bake for 24 minutes. 5. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Microwave: 1. Remove frozen quiche from plastic wrapping. Leave quiche in cardboard tray. 2. Place tray in microwave. 3. Cook on 100% power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and then cook for an additional 1 minute and 30 seconds at 50%. 4. Let stand 1 minute.
