Microwave: Server 1. Stir 1/2 cup of Flahavan's rolled oatmeal with 1 cup of cold water/milk into a deep microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes (900W oven). Stir and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Cooking times may vary according to microwave wattage. As with any hot product please be careful. Stove Top: Serves 1. Stir 1/2 cup of Flahavan's rolled oatmeal with 1-1/4 cups of cold water/milk into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook briskly for 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 1 minute before serving. Cooking times may vary depending on desired texture. Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place away from strong smelling products.
