You will need: 1/4 cup Water. 1/4 cup Vegetable oil. 1 Egg. 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Place water, oil and egg in medium bowl and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix and fudge pouch (enclosed); stir until well blended. Spread in prepared pan. 3. Bake as directed below. Cool completely in pan before cutting. Pan Size ... Bake Time: 8" x 8" (Metal) ... 40 - 44 minutes. 8" x 8" (Glass) ... 45 - 49 minutes. 9" x 9" (Metal) ... 40 - 44 minutes. Do not overbake. Fresh-baked brownies appear underbaked but cool to doneness. For thicker brownies, make batter using 2 tablespoons water, 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Bake as directed. High Altitude: Add 1/2 cup all-purpose flour and an additional 2 tablespoons water. Do not eat raw batter.
