Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Cooking Instructions: Cut open package with scissors or knife. Put ham slices in skillet or griddle at 350 degrees for 60 seconds per side. Add a little coffee to ham for a red eye gravy flavor. Soak in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes to reduce salt in product before cooking. To Charcoal: Place ham slices on charcoal grill about 3 inches from hot coals. Grill until surface or product reaches a temperature at least 160 degrees. Serve in bun with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise or your favorite vegetables.
