Grill: Place Patties on hot center of lightly oiled grill. Brown Patties 2 minutes on each side. Move to cooler edge of grill; cook 3-4 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 170F. Skillet: Preheat lightly oiled non-stick skillet to medium-high. Add Patties; brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 170F.
