Cook thoroughly. Steam in microwavable bag: Prep in 6 minutes. The following cook preparation was developed using a 1200 watt microwave oven set on high. Pop it in: Place bag in the microwave, seal side up. Steam it: Cook on high for 4 minutes 30 seconds. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. Serve it up: Carefully remove bag from microwave, tear open and pour contents onto a plate. Confirm product's internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Get your Friday's® on! Sizzle in the skillet: Fire it up: Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a 10 inch non-stick skillet on medium high for 1 minute. Pour it out: Pour contents of bag into skillet and cover. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally for even heating. Serve it up: Confirm product's internal temperature is 165 degrees F. How to get things cookin': For best quality and food safety, follow these preparation instructions: Keep 'em frozen 'til you're ready. Cook thoroughly before eating. Follow cooking instructions to make sure your food reaches 165 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer. Adjustment to cooking times may be required due to variations in all stovetops and ovens. Careful, cuz it will be hot!
