Directions

Quick Easy Stir-Fry: 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. 1 clove of minced garlic. 1 stalk of celery .1 cup of sliced mushrooms. 12 oz. of Mung Bean sprouts. 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce. 2 teaspoons of lite soy sauce. In a large skillet or wok heat the vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic, sliced onion, sliced celery and cook for one minute, stirring continually. Add the Mung Bean Sprouts, oyster sauce, soy sauce and mushrooms and stir fry for three to five minutes. Keep refrigerated.
