Cooking instructions: Place in microwave this side up. These premium quality vegetables should not be overcooked. Cook only until heated through. *Cooking times and settings may vary with model of appliance. Keep frozen. Our tender organic broccoli florets are picked at the peak of flavor, hand cut and individually quick frozen. Microwave steam in bag instructions: do not pierce, puncture or open the steambag. Gently massage the package to break the product apart before placing in microwave. Place the steambag in your microwave, directions side up, and cook on high for 5-6 minutes*. Remove from microwave and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully pour vegetables from pouch; season to taste. Caution: contents are hot. Note: the power of microwave ovens varies. You may have to adjust cooking time. Stove top: bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add vegetables heat through, typically 3-5 minutes. Drain, season to taste. Avoid overcooking.
