Directions

Use within 3 days after opening. Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze. Easy cooking directions: Lightly cover bottom of 12-inch nonstick skillet with vegetable oil. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot. Add one package potatoes to skillet. Cover with lid. Cook for 12-15 minutes, until product reaches a minimum of 165 degrees F, turning every 3 to 4 minutes. Skillet should remain covered while cooking (except while turning potatoes). *Note: during cooking, potatoes must reach a temperature of 165 degrees F for 2 minutes. Do not eat until fully cooked. Always use hot pads or insulated gloves when handling heated product.
