Bake: Preparation Instructions: (1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. (2) Moisten chicken pieces (with or without skin) (bake times are the same with or without skin) with water. Shake off excess. Using chart below, measure mixture into a shaker bag or onto plate. (3) Shake or coat 1 or 2 chops at a time with mixture. Discard any remaining mixture in shaker bag or on plate. (4) Bake on ungreased or foil-lined 15 x 10 inch metal baking pan until cooked through, using chart below. (5) Do not cover. Do not turn chicken during baking. Pork Chops: 6 to 8; 1 packet coating mixture; 30 minutes bake time at 425 degrees F. with bone; 20 minutes bake time at 425 degrees F. boneless. 4 to 5 pork chops; 1/2 packet coating mixture; 25 minutes bake time at 425 degrees F. with bone; 15 minutes bake time at 425 degrees F. boneless. 2 to 3 pork chops; 1/4 packet coating mixture; 20 minutes bake time at 425 degrees F. with bone; 15 minutes bake time at 425 degrees F. boneless. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
