Based on a 1200 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary; adjustments may be necessary to cook thoroughly. Microwave Cooking Instruction: 1. Remove tamper band from bandage. 2. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 4-1/2 minutes. 3. Let stand 2 minutes to complete cooking. 4. Carefully remove lid. Caution: Container will be extremely hot. Settling may occur.
