STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS NONSTICK SKILLET RECOMMENDED YOU WILL NEED 3 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL 1 ½ CUPS WATER Add oil and water to 10-inch nonstick skillet. Stir in potatoes. Do not add seasoning. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle seasoning over potatoes; Stir until potatoes are well coated. Cook uncovered 6 to 9 minutes, turning frequently, until potatoes are browned and crisp. Refrigerate leftovers.
