Description
Dry red wine. Made from 90% estate grown, dry farmed Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese Grosso) and 10% canaiolo nero grapes. Aged over 2 years in oak, the wine is then bottle aged for at least one year before release. Displaying an intense bouquet of violets and berries, with hints of vanilla, the taste is fruity and velvety, with an elegant texture and a lingering finish. This wine a traditional accompaniment to wild boar, will reward extensive cellaring and is best served with aged cheeses and meats.Ingredients
