Wildfire Meal Kit: Signature Chopped Salad

Servings: 4-6 Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 2 minutes Step 1: Microwave corn in parchment paper for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes then slice kernels off cob. Place chopped lettuce in a large bowl and add all ingredients except vinaigrette and avocado to bowl. Step 2: Add approximately half of the bottle of salad dressing to the salad and fold ingredients well with a spatula. Add additional dressing to taste. Step 3: Arrange tossed salad neatly on a large platter or bowl. Cut avocado in half and remove pit. Dice and scoop out the avocado and place on top of salad. Drizzle a little more vinaigrette over salad and avocado.
