Servings: 4 Prep Time: 15-30 minutes marinating time Cook Time: 20 minutes Step 1: Mix together ½ teaspoon Kosher salt, ½ teaspoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Place mixture and chicken in a large resealable bag and marinate for 15-30 minutes. Meanwhile, in large wok pan or 12" nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons canola oil over medium heat, add noodles and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside. In the same pan, heat 2 tablespoons canola oil over medium heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn over each piece over with tongs and cook for 2 to 3 minutes longer or until chicken reaches 165°F, Transfer to a plate and set aside. Step 2: Using the same pan, heat 1 tablespoon canola oil over medium-high heat and add ginger, garlic, Fresno peppers, jalapeño peppers, black beans, napa cabbage and bok choy. When vegetables are half of the way done, add crispy rice noodles and mix well to incorporate. Add Big Bowl® Blazing Chicken Sauce and bring sauce to a boil. Step 3: Add chicken to mixture, bring sauce back to a boil and mix well. Add green onions and bean sprouts to finish it. Tip: If you do not have a large wok or 12" skillet, use a smaller nonstick pan and cook noodles in two separate batches. The chicken should also be cooked in two batches to promote caramelization.
