General Recommendations: Do not store food in metal products to avoid staining and color changes to the inner surface. In the Kitchen: Use medium or low heat. For non-stick products use nylon, plastic or wooden utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick surfaces. Do not use metal utensils such as: spoons, knives, forks or spatulas since they can damage the non-stick surface. Those products with plastic, phenolic or wooden components such as: handles and valves must not be used in any kind of oven nor be exposed to flames or direct heat. Before Using: Wash the product and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin coat of cooking oil on inner surface. Place on stove at medium heat for one minute. Remove product from stove and wash. The product is now ready for future use. Cleaning: Do not pour cold water into the product when hot. Once cool wash the inner and exterior surfaces with a soft sponge and detergent. Do not use abrasive sponges. After washing the product dry thoroughly before putting away to avoid stains.
